Months ago most of you heard our squeals of excitement from all corners of the earth when we got some astounding news, the VUE chicks {yes us} we’re chosen as one of the 20 finalist to shoot the cover of SOUTHERN WEDDINGS V3 cover!
Shortly thereafter, we quit swinging from the rafters, and panic set in as we came the realization that we were going to have to produce the “creative proposal” we had presented to the {phenomenal} SOUTHERN WEDDINGS gals! Nevertheless we were determined…
You know the line, “visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads”…ours was more like peaches!
So, we searched high and low for the perfect location{i.e. field of dreams} and called upon some of our most talented com-padres to help! Have you ever been on a hunt for the PERFECT field? Seems easy, but I can tell you that it was just about as difficult as picking out your favorite ice cream flavor!
In the end our mission was complete! Not only did we work our butts off, but we learned a heck of a lot along the way!! There’s a lot to be said for learning from your mistakes! We’ll be well prepared if (when) opportunity ever knocks again.
